At the Link Group you will have the honour of sharing an afternoon of fun, friendship and laughter. You will meet with other sixth formers and about 20 - 30 senior citizens who come from the local area. The experience and memories gained are invaluable.

· Ability to make tea (but you can be taught this!)
What are the activities that the group do?
We have a variety of activities ranging from
- Games such as Countdown, Bingo and Beetle
- Quizzes such as Who wants to be a millionaire and Family Fortunes
- Physical activities such as Ten-Pin Bowling and Indoor Bowling
- Craft activities such as Card making and Egg Painting
- Speakers on a wide variety of topics
- Meals out
- Visits from other PDP groups such as Entertainment and Debating and much, much more!
What do you have to do?
- Be ready to start at 1.20 p.m.
- Set out chairs and welcome the members
- Set up the tea-making equipment
- Chat to the members
- Join in the weekly activity
- Maybe plan and organise an activity (and lead it if you feel able)
- Make and serve the tea
- Collect the tea money
- Help to clear up
